Your True Reflection runs a number of projects supporting the healing process for women and men who are navigating trauma from bullying, workplace and domestic abuse. For our ladies we host free beauty treatments workshops in HTB Church in London, for everyone we have a regifting service of self care products through our outlets and Abi hosts podcast from experts in holistic, medical, legal and justice systems ( coming soon!) we also host  community awareness days raising funds and awareness we aim to make a huge impact.
